Think Kim Kardashian is simply a girly girl with a socialite lifestyle and disdain for real stuff like cars, think again. Kim is really into cars so it should come as no surprise that her exotic cars are rad from the rims to the color coordinated pink Brembo brake calipers of her 2007 Range Rover Supercharged.
Kim said recently she knew a lot about cars, which surprises some of her fans. Her first husband was really into cars and she was really into her first husband so she got into cars, rims and all. Now, she is into cars as much as clothes, if you can believe it. The pink touches weren't added just because everything is pretty in pink, she said, but because she was tired of people asking her if she were driving her boyfriend's car. Nobody asks her that anymore.
Kim said she loved driving the high-powered monsters just like guys. She wanted people to know that girl power was behind the wheel so she customized the Range Rover to pink, that's all. She replaced the original grille with a white-and-pink grille by Strut. She fully customized everything, including even a custom exhaust system.
Kim Kardashian's exotic cars have become yet another cog in the Kardashian design line. She worked with professionals at Platinum Motor sports to design a Princess Line of rims for women. She also designed car accessories for women only. She didn't stop there. She moved along to yet another great exotic vehicle, a 2007 Bentley Flying spur.
The Range Rover is Kim's every day car, but the Bentley GTC is reserved for special occasions. It is equipped with a full Mansory body kit along with spoilers, skirts and a customized exhaust system. She also sports a black Lambroghini Gallardo Spyder on occasion. No word on whether she will turn it pink.
Just like clothes, when it comes to going places with exotic cars, Kim has her distinct opinions. She likes to cruise in her Range Rover all over Los Angeles and Beverly Hills where she can flat out-run the Paparazzi. She loves to take road trips to Palm Springs with her girls. And she loves pink over, under and around her Range Rover because it shows you don't have to be a guy to enjoy a great ride.
The latest exotic car for Kim is a $450,000 customized Ferrari 458, not pink, but pure white. They say she has one of only 28 of these beauties in the U.S. the car's engine is enclosed in glass, so you can see what's happening. It has A getro wheels and a carbon-fiber interior and accessories.

Ferrari 430 Scuderia: Uncompromising Performances

The 430 Scuderia is a Ferrari high performance mid-engine coupe with an 8 cylinder engine. The model is based on the F430 but features some extraordinary characteristics which turn it into a unique supercar. The 430 Scuderia is one of strongest and purest Ferrari in terms of uncompromising sportiness and has an appearance as well as sound of immense impact. It is one of the best cars for the most passionate and sporty customers who love driving their Ferraris in a race track environment and that are looking to constantly experience the limits of performance.
The engine is a development of the 4308 cm3 90° V8 engine mounted in the F430 which benefits from a series of modifications to enhance the automobile performance. The power output is increased from the 114 CV/liter of the F430 to the 118 CV/liter with an overall power output of 510 hp.
Adjustments have been made to the air intake system which has been optimized to reduce load loss whether the use of carbon fiber air filter box has allowed to minimize weight. New, specifically designed pistons have been used on the 430 Scuderia to increase the compression ratio to 11.88:1. The overall outcome of these modifications is demonstrated by the 430 Scuderia torque and power output curves.
The sound of the engine and exhaust is one of the distinctive features of all Ferraris and the 430 Scuderia does not make any exceptions. Specific devices have been introduced into the air intake system to modulate and emphasize the engine's sound which is clearly heard inside the car, becoming particularly powerful and invigorating when the accelerator is pushed. The overall performance of the Scuderia can be compared to the Ferrari Enzo, which is known as the supercar with the best performance of any other car designed for road usage. Like the Ferrari Enzo, the 430 Scuderia performed an impressive time of 1:25 at Fiorano race track.
The results was achieved thanks to the 430 Scuderia engine's improved performance output, its lightness, its improved aerodynamics efficiency as well as braking system with larger-sized carbon ceramic brake discs. Several chassis developments and specific front tires with enhanced levels of grip also contributed in achieving 430 Scuderia outstanding performance. The integrated E-Diff in the gear change is probably the most significant feature in making the Ferrari 430 Scuderia drive like a racing car. After the F430, the 430 Scuderia is the first on road car with top performances to feature an electronically controlled differential unit. The E-Diff is regulated thru the manettino on the steering wheel and allows varying the set up accordingly to the driver demands as well as road conditions.

Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge

The 458 Italia Challenge is a mid-rear V8 berlinetta derived from the 458 Italia and represents the fifth model used by Ferrari in its single-series racing program. The model will be the protagonist in the 2011 Ferrari Challenge, where the new 458 Challenge will share the track with its predecessor, the F430 Challenge. In 2011, each race will see two class winners, one 458 and one F430. Once engines start, Ferrari 458 Challenge drivers will test the very limits of their mettle thanks to advanced technologies Ferrari's racing arm has refined at circuits throughout the world.
With the new 458 Challenge, Ferrari combines extreme performance, superb fun behind the wheel with unique driving emotions for its sporting, professional and gentleman-driver clients.
To reduce weight from the already light 458 Italia, engineers used thinner body panels and carbon fiber as well as Lexan wherever possible in this track-only model. Equipped with lightweight body panels and specially tuned suspension, the 458 Italia Challenge is the first Challenge racer to use the F1-Trac traction control system and it is Ferrari's first racing application of the dual-clutch seven-speed transmission. The F1-Trac system allows to constantly monitoring levels of grip for maximum high-performance road-holding and it is fully integrated with the E-Diff to guarantee maximum acceleration and stability into and out of corners. The ABS/EBD, F1-Trac and E-Diff calibration settings are selected thru the manettino placed in the steering wheel. It is the first time this solution has been adopted on a Ferrari Challenge series model. The driver can choose from three configurations: OFF (traction control deactivated), position 1 and position 2, which have progressively higher levels of control system intervention.
For the first time in a Ferrari's track-only model, the 458 Challenge is also equipped with the E-Diff electronic differential, which is already employed on the road-car version.
Direct-injected 4,497 cc V8 remains the same (558 hp at 9,000 rpm), but the seven-speed gearbox dual-clutch uses different ratios and a new calibration in order to optimize track performance. The interior is reduced to the essentials in the 458 Italia Challenge. Ferrari engineered the 458 Challenge to expose drivers to even higher performance limits and the proof is in the car performance. The 458 Challenge lapped the Fiorano race track in 1:16.5 during testing, which just two-tenths of a second behind the FXX and two seconds faster than its predecessor and track-mate, the F430 Challenge.
The new 458 Challenge is equipped with the last generation of Brembo CCM2 brakes integrated with the newest ABS system, which first debuted in the Ferrari 599 XX. The specific suspension set-up includes steel uniball joints, stiffer springs, single-rate alloy dampers, center-nut 19" forged rims, larger dimension Pirelli slicks and a ride height lowered by 50mm all round.
458 Italia Challenge will make its debut at the 2011 Ferrari Challenge Series. Now enrolling for the 2011 Ferrari Challenge Series in Ferrari Los Angeles. Inquiry at Ferrari Beverly Hills.

Ferrari SA Aperta – the most exclusive Ferrari
The SA Aperta qualifies as the most powerful and fastest open Ferrari V12 ever offered. Ferrari decided to build 80 SA Apertas in celebration of Pininfarina's 80th anniversary, the company that has produced some of the world's most exclusive and memorable road-going Ferraris since the 1950s. The car's nomenclature, "SA" pays homage to both Sergio and Andrea Pininfarina , wherese "Aperta" means "open" in Italian.

The majority of the car's body panels come from the 599 GTB Fiorano, although the rocker panels have been altered to accommodate larger brake cooling ducts. The SA Aperta differs from its 599 siblings above the fenders, where designers redesigned the car's pillars, windshield and cabin. The rear interior wall and integrated roll bar gracefully flow into the elongated rear buttresses, while simultaneously echoing shape and color of the sports seats.
